Where does Alyvessa ship to?

Alyvessa currently ships within Malaysia only. We offer free nationwide shipping to all eligible addresses across the country.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday.

How long will delivery take after my order is shipped?

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days. The total estimated delivery time, including processing, is 6 to 12 working days, depending on courier performance and location.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. We provide free shipping nationwide within Malaysia with no minimum purchase requirement. There are no hidden shipping or handling fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal. You may pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit and debit cards through PayPal’s secure checkout system. All transactions are processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are protected using SSL encryption and processed through PayPal’s secure payment gateway. Alyvessa does not store or have access to your full payment details.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and meet our return conditions.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
