Shipping Information

Alyvessa currently ships within Malaysia and offers free standard shipping.

  • Handling Time: 2 - 7 business days

  • Transit Time: 8 - 18 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10 - 25 business days

  • Business Days: Monday–Friday

These delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

After shipment, tracking information is sent by email with a tracking link.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Alyvessa accepts return requests within 30 days from delivery.

After a returned item is received, it is inspected within 1–3 business days. If the return is approved following inspection, the applicable refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges are available for eligible products.

Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges, and Alyvessa does not charge a restocking fee.

Cancellation requests are available before shipment.

Customers must follow Alyvessa's approved return process. Please do not send returns to our Operating Address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of your approved return instructions.
